About the position

We are looking for a tech-minded candidates with excellent organizational and English skills for a software support position. Support officers will be required to assist clients with queries, solve issues, replicate faults and communicate with development team & other support staff.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting issues & suggesting software solutions
  • Speaking with clients to quickly get to the root of their problem
  • Identifying and repairing faults (miss-configurations)
  • Helping with configuration
  • Prepare workflow sketches
  • Experimenting with possible solutions
  • Following up with clients & colleagues on a timely and accurate solution
  • Developing and implementing self-help checklists

Requirements

  • Great written and spoken English
  • Positive attitude
  • Desire to learn and grow
  • Previous experience on a similar position is a plus
  • Knowledge of excel is a plus
