About the position
We are looking for a tech-minded candidates with excellent organizational and English skills for a software support position. Support officers will be required to assist clients with queries, solve issues, replicate faults and communicate with development team & other support staff.Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting issues & suggesting software solutions
- Speaking with clients to quickly get to the root of their problem
- Identifying and repairing faults (miss-configurations)
- Helping with configuration
- Prepare workflow sketches
- Experimenting with possible solutions
- Following up with clients & colleagues on a timely and accurate solution
- Developing and implementing self-help checklists
Requirements
- Great written and spoken English
- Positive attitude
- Desire to learn and grow
- Previous experience on a similar position is a plus
- Knowledge of excel is a plus
